Job summary

Dyson Institute in Singapore seeks a capable Project Manager to lead and drive multi-disciplinary software, hardware and product-solution projects. You will own full lifecycle, manage risks, and ensure objectives are met on time, on spec, on quality and within budget.

You will coordinate with engineering, operations, quality teams and suppliers, develop project plans, track KPIs, and mentor junior PMs. Strong communication and leadership are essential, with embedded systems experience and

Qualifications

First Degree (Engineering preferable) or equivalent.
Project Management or Project Lead with delivery responsibility.
Hardware or Software product development experience a plus.
Strong knowledge of risk management and stakeholder engagement.
Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project and Teams; Mandarin basic to liaise with China suppliers.

Responsibilities

Independently lead and deliver complex projects within SWHW&PS domain.
Develop and execute project communication plans for stakeholders.
Own resource allocation, budget management and CAPEX planning.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, quality and suppliers.
Coach and mentor junior project managers; promote continuous improvement.
