Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams across hardware and software projects. You will manage the full lifecycle from concept through production, coordinating internal and external partners to meet cost, quality and schedule targets.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in hardware/software product development in IoT or consumer electronics, with strong risk management and governance capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in high-technology engineering project management.
• Experience in hardware and software product development in IoT/consumer electronics/automotive domains.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex projects in SWHW&PS domain, balancing scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Serve as main contact for stakeholders with clear, timely updates.
• Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to meet milestones and quality standards.
• Ensure readiness and compliance with safety, regulatory, manufacturing and quality requirements.
• Maintain KPI reporting and project health visibility.
• Promote engineering best practices and delivery discipline across teams.
• Mitigate risks and drive end-to-end traceability across requirements.
