Job summary

Dyson Institute is seeking a Lead Project Manager for its New Product Development Robotics team in Singapore. The role focuses on software-driven development, coordinating across software, mechanical, and engineering teams to deliver early innovation in robotics.

The successful candidate will manage a multi-disciplinary programme with senior leadership visibility and external vendors where needed. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, strong agile experience, and proficiency

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (First or Second-Class Upper preferred).
Experience with Agile working using Atlassian tools.
Experience coordinating multiple Agile teams in a complex tech environment.
Robotics development project management experience preferred.
PM certifications (PMP, CS(CSM/A-CSM/CSP-SM)) preferred.
Proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential.
Willingness to travel to China for partnership discussions.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, ensure timely delivery and communicate status to senior management.
Coordinate across design, research, procurement, manufacturing, marketing and operations for integrated delivery.
Navigate a fast-moving, ambiguous environment and manage governance across agile robotics development.
Lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, actions and issues, and track budgets and resources.
