Job summary

Dyson Singapore is seeking a Product Delivery & Process Excellence Manager to lead and optimize the framework that tracks large-scale hardware, software and power systems programs.

You will implement live dashboards, KPIs and governance, driving on-time, on-spec delivery while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams globally. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in hardware and software product development in IoT/Consumer Electronics/Automotive.
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum programs and large cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to deploy automated dashboards and executive reporting.
• Experience with CI/CD, test automation, and development lifecycle tools.
• Experience with global teams and external partners.
• Strong risk and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and deploy software/hardware excellence practices with live dashboards.
• Maintain KPI reporting and project health views.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across SWHW&PS domains.
• Manage stakeholder communications throughout project lifecycle.
• Govern resources, budgets, and alignment with business priorities.
• Develop and maintain Level 0-2 project plans and dependencies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, regulatory and quality requirements.
• Coach and develop junior project managers.
