• Manage end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, governance, risk management and dependencies.
• Communicate with stakeholders and manage dependencies and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulatory requirements and security standards.
• Provide technical leadership and governance for releases and deployments.

Experience Requirements

• Total Relevant Experience: 8 to 12 years of overall IT experience.
• Technical Delivery Management Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing end-to-end technology delivery engagements.
• Preferred Domain Experience: Banking, Financial Services, Digital Banking, and large-scale program delivery environments.

Core Competencies (Mandatory)

• Strong experience in managing end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communications.
• Thorough understanding of banking regulatory requirements, security standards, compliance frameworks, audit controls, authentication mechanisms, and fraud/risk management practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (written and verbal) is mandatory.

• Strong hands-on experience with Java 8, Java 11, Java 17, and Java 21.
