Job summary

RESOURCE HUNT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to oversee large-scale technology delivery programs in financial services. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery governance across multiple streams.

The role requires strong domain experience in banking and regulatory compliance, deep Java and Spring expertise, and a proven track record of leading complex architectural initiatives in an Agile environment.

Technical Delivery Manager

Experience Requirements

• Total Relevant Experience:8 to 12 years of overall IT experience.
• Technical Delivery Management Experience:Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing end-to-end technology delivery engagements.
• Preferred Domain Experience:Banking, Financial Services, Digital Banking, and large-scale program delivery environments.

Core Competencies (Mandatory)

• Strong experience in managing end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communications.
• Thorough understanding of banking regulatory requirements, security standards, compliance frameworks, audit controls, authentication mechanisms, and fraud/risk management practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.

Core Technical Skills (Mandatory)

• Strong hands-on experience with Java 8, Java 11, Java 17, and Java 21.
