Qualifications
- 8–12 years of IT experience with at least 6 years in delivery management.
- Strong hands-on Java (8/11/17/21), Spring, microservices and REST APIs.
- Experience with Oracle/MySQL and Kafka/RabbitMQ.
- Fluent English and Mandarin for cross‑region communication.
- Proven ability to lead large enterprise or banking technology programmes.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technology delivery from planning to production.
- Govern scope, timelines, risks, releases and delivery status reporting.
- Provide technical leadership across Java tech stack and microservices.
- Engage in architecture discussions, design reviews and code quality checks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, security and business units.
- Ensure banking security, regulatory compliance and technology risk controls.
- Resolve technical and production issues and escalate when needed.
