Job summary

You will troubleshoot technical issues as needed and use our resources to resolve inquiries while contributing to workflow improvements.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, time management and multitasking skills, with fluency in English and the required local language.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator with excellent listening and written/verbal skills (English and local language).
• Able to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
• Great phone etiquette and empathy in 1:1 customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer problems promptly using our support system.
• Engage customers with high-quality, empathetic 1:1 discussions; troubleshoot when needed.
• Use tools and resources to identify and resolve inquiries; provide feedback to improve workflows.
• Understand project backend operations and continuously expand technical knowledge.
