  • Coordinates and organises the preparation of drawings and documentation for statutory submissions, including ensuring BIM models and documentation comply with Singapore BIM Guide (v2.0 and beyond) and SS CP83 requirements.
  • Manages the preparation and submission of forms, drawings, and statutory calculations (e.g. floor area) required by authorities for approvals, including TOP/CSC, while maintaining proper drawing standards.
  • Maintains accurate records and systematic filing of submission drawings and authorities’ information, ensuring efficient retrieval and audit readiness.
  • Liaises with architects, designers, and multidisciplinary teams on regulatory matters, supports drawing reviews and site inspections, attends consultant/site meetings, and supervises technical staff while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 14001 standards.
