Job summary

MORROW ARCHITECTS & PLANNERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Executive Architectural Associate to drive full lifecycle architectural projects from concept to certification, maintaining high quality and professionalism.

You will craft design proposals, coordinate with engineers, prepare tender drawings, supervise on-site work, and support business development. A Master of Architecture and 3+ years’ experience are required; Revit and AutoCAD proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Master of Architecture (Singapore Board recognised) is required.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architecture.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software, including Revit and AutoCAD; knowledge of AI for architectural applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop design proposals for architecture and urban design.
• Carry out design development of projects, ensuring specifications and client requirements are met.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and manage authority submissions.
• Coordinate inputs from engineers and specialists.
• Develop tender drawings and specifications.
• Assist Team Lead with tender process and contract administration.
• Conduct periodic on-site construction supervision to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications.
• Assist management with business development and feasibility studies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Architectural Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in the full lifecycle of architectural projects, from initial design concepts to project completion and statutory certification. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on professional who can manage multiple projects and maintain high standards of quality and professionalism.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Develop design proposals for Architecture and Urban Design
• Carry out design development of projects, ensuring all specifications and client requirements are met.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, and carrying authority submission.
• Coordinate with, and incorporate inputs from, Engineers and Specialists
• Develop tender drawings and specification
• Assist Team Lead with tender process and contract administration.
• Conducting periodic on‑site construction supervision to ensure work quality and adherence to design specifications.
• Assisting the management in business development and preparing feasibility studies.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Master of Architecture recognised by the Singapore Board of Architects.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software, including Revit and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence for architectural application is a plus.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Willing and able to travel for overseas projects.

Compensation:

SGD 4,500 – 5,500 / month (commensurate with experience), plus AnnualWage Supplement (AWS)

1 WFH day per week (after probation)
