Job summary

Lead8 Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Architect with 3+ years of experience to join our team on Mix-Use, Retail and Commercial projects across Asia Pacific.

You will liaise with clients and consultants, prepare drawings in AutoCAD and Revit, lead detailed design, coordinate with the design team, and attend meetings. Fluent English and a willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ relevant working experience in Architecture.
• Strong command of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other graphic presentation software.
• Confident communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel across Asia Pacific.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients and consultants on project issues.
• Liaise with the client’s project manager and contribute in project meetings.

Job Description: Responsible to liaise with clients and consultants on projects issues. Liaise with the client’s project manager and contribute in project meetings. Participate in internal team meetings to ensure project priorities are balanced with resources availability. Oversee and create drawing packages.

• You will Assist in developing project design, research problems and produce, develop and advise innovative solutions.
• You will produce, analyze and advise on specifications, materials selection and detailed design solutions in relation to performance and construction criteria.
• You will develop schedules and undertaking stage inspections.
• You will attend Client Consultant/Technical Coordination meetings.
• You will be mentored, coached and trained to ensure your career success
