Job summary

LEAD8 SINGAPORE PTE. LIMITED is seeking a Technical Coordinator to liaise with clients and consultants, assist in project meetings, and oversee drawing packages for Mix-Use, Retail and Commercial projects across Asia Pacific.

You will lead the detailed design process, coordinate between design teams and consultants, and develop innovative design solutions using REVIT/CAD techniques. This role requires 3+ years of architecture experience and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ relevant working experience in Architecture.
• Strong command of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other graphic presentation software.
• Confident communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel across Asia Pacific.
• Fluent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients and consultants on project issues and participate in meetings.
• Oversee and create drawing packages and coordinate design information.
• Lead detailed design processes and coordinate cross-disciplinary information.
• Develop project design solutions and advise on materials and performance criteria.
• Prepare technical design proposals using REVIT/CAD techniques.
• Attend Client Consultant/Technical Coordination meetings and support project priorities.

Technical Coordinator

Job Description: Responsible to liaise with clients and consultants on projects issues. Liaise with the client’s project manager and contribute in project meetings. Participate in internal team meetings to ensure project priorities are balanced with resources availability. Oversee and create drawing packages.

• You will prepare and present technical design proposals using REVIT/CAD techniques and drawings.


• You will lead the detailed design process and coordinate detailed design information.


• You will manage the coordination between the design team and associated professional consultants.


• You will Assist in developing project design, research problems and produce, develop and advise innovative solutions.


• You will produce, analyze and advise on specifications, materials selection and detailed design solutions in relation to performance and construction criteria.


• You will develop schedules and undertaking stage inspections.


• You will attend Client Consultant/Technical Coordination meetings.
