in Singapore seeks a Technical Account Manager to own and drive success at our largest accounts, collaborating across client teams to deliver comprehensive success plans in Threat Intelligence, SOC, and resilience programs. You will manage engagements, coordinate with product and services SMEs, and ensure customers operationalize modules and services while maintaining strong executive relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in an analytical or consulting role (intelligence, security, or business operations)
• Experience working with enterprise clients and executive-level decision makers
• Principal-level competency in Recorded Future modules and use cases
• Experience delivering Advisory Services engagements including PIR, Threat Modeling/Profiling, and Advanced Workflow projects
• BA/BS required or equivalent
• Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Seasoned professional with ability to teach others
• Strong passion for holistic customer success and process improvement
• Executive briefing experience
• Ability to travel a minimum of 30%

Responsibilities

• Own and drive success at largest accounts
• Develop and deliver success plans across Threat Intelligence, SOC, Vulnerability Management, Incident Response, GRC, Threat Hunting, Red/Blue/Purple Teams, Pen Testing, security architecture, and C-Suite
• Interact with all roles across client portfolio to tailor engagements and projects
• Plan and manage the customer success lifecycle with tailored engagements
• Deliver core projects around intelligence priorities, configuration, tuning, and training
• Lead advisory and professional services engagements and coordinate SMEs as needed
• Develop strategic success plans integrating intelligence into daily workflows and processes
• Define and communicate Recorded Future's value from end user to the C-suite
• Be the voice of the customer for the Product team
• Maintain admin in Zendesk, Gainsight, JIRA with meaningful updates on outcomes and risks
• Provide thought leadership through presentations, workshops, and roadshows
