Qualifications

1–2 years of recruitment experience in an agency or staffing environment.
Proven track record in sourcing and placing professionals across functions such as software development, cybersecurity, cloud computing, infrastructure, and data analytics.
Strong proficiency in ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

Source, screen, and engage with candidates across platforms using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, tech stacks, and workforce planning.
Build and maintain candidate relationships to guide career opportunities.
Achieve team targets by developing a robust candidate pipeline.
Stay updated on hiring trends and market salary benchmarks.
Drive end-to-end recruitment processes from initial engagement to onboarding.
Maintain ATS and recruitment databases for efficient hiring.
