Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Singapore. You will source, screen, and place top talents while building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Your understanding of technology roles, market trends, and hiring needs will drive successful placements. In this role you will manage end-to-end recruitment, maintain ATS, and contribute to pipeline development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma with 1-2 years recruitment experience in an agency or staffing environment.
• Proven track record sourcing and placing professionals across functions like software development, cybersecurity, cloud computing, infrastructure and data analytics.
• Strong proficiency in ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and sourcing tools.
• Self-motivated, proactive with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage candidates across platforms and domains using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, events, and direct sourcing.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, tech stacks, and workforce strategy for best talent matches.
• Build and maintain candidate relationships to provide career guidance and fit opportunities.
• Achieve team targets by proactively developing a pipeline of skilled candidates.
• Stay updated on hiring trends, tech developments, and salary benchmarks for insights.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment processes ensuring a seamless candidate experience from engagement to onboarding.
• Maintain ATS and recruitment databases for accurate and efficient hiring.

• Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, technology stacks, and workforce planning strategies, ensuring the best talent matches.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to provide career guidance and align them with suitable opportunities.
• Achieve individual and team targets by proactively developing a pipeline of skilled candidates.
• Stay updated on hiring trends, emerging technologies, and market salary benchmarks to provide strategic talent insights.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, from initial engagement to onboarding.
• Maintain and optimize the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases for accurate and efficient hiring processes.

The Talent

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in any discipline with at least 1-2 years of recruitment experience in an agency or staffing environment.
• Proven track record in sourcing and placing professionals across various functions such as software development, cybersecurity, cloud computing, infrastructure, and data analytics.
• Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and sourcing tools.
• A self-motivated, proactive approach with a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with candidates and clients effectively.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently while collaborating within a team.
