• Build and maintain new client relationships to expand business opportunities in a sales-driven environment.
• Source high-quality talent using contacts, referrals, LinkedIn, and job boards to meet client needs.
• Plan and manage your schedule to develop and maintain a recruitment pipeline achieving targets.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements with clients and candidates for mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively within a team to contribute to recruitment success.
• Deliver excellent candidate care and manage recruitment databases and administrative tasks.
