Qualifications

• At least 1 year of talent sourcing experience in a high-volume recruitment environment.
• Proficiency with Boolean search, LinkedIn, and alternative sourcing techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract suitable candidates using a variety of sourcing techniques.
• Conduct initial screening and assess candidate fit.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to shortlist candidates.
• Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines.
• Support hiring projects such as resume mining and market mapping.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain timely communication.
