Job summary

Asians Group in Singapore seeks an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our HR function in a startup tech environment. You will manage recruitment, oversee the HR team, and handle payroll and policy concerns, with focus on hiring developers, system administrators, and client support roles.

The role requires at least 5 years of HR experience in tech recruitment, fluent English, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup. ROWE and flexible shifts apply, with daily reporting to the CEO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years HR experience, focusing on technical recruitment.
• Experience with HRIS and ATS (3+ years).
• Strong knowledge of international labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage recruitment for the company, create postings, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and extend offers.
• Supervise and mentor the HR team with day‑to‑day guidance.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract tech talent.
• Handle payroll concerns and ensure accurate processing, including holidays and overtime.
• Establish and maintain HR policies, ensure compliance for contractors and employees in Asia.
• Assist in probation evaluations and provide feedback to leadership.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes and conduct exit interviews.
• Stay current with industry trends, practices, and legal requirements.
