Job summary

Risewave Consulting, Inc. is seeking a capable HR professional to act as a local HRBP in Singapore. You will oversee compliance with MOM regulations, manage payroll and CPF submissions, and handle work pass applications.

You will also lead recruitment pipelines and onboarding for regional expansion, while coordinating onboarding programs and training for local staff. The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in HR/administration, with fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years HR/admin experience, preferably in IDC industry.
• Deep knowledge of Singapore employment laws and CPF submissions.
• Willingness to travel to SEA countries.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR compliance for Singapore entity under MOM Employment Act.
• Manage local payroll, CPF submissions, and annual tax filings.
• Handle work passes and dependent passes, using COMPASS.
• Establish local and cross-border recruitment pipelines and onboarding.
• Implement performance management and coordinate onboarding and training.
• Oversee office operations, asset procurement, and tenancy management.
• Manage vendor relations, IT equipment, insurance providers, and expenses.
• Coordinate regional travel arrangements and visa support.
