Qualifications

• Min 3 years of experience in recruitment or staffing.
• Experience with 270 or 360 recruiter capacity.

Responsibilities

• Expand the number of active customers.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, placement.
• Source talent via portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking.
• Conduct detailed candidate assessments for job and cultural fit.
• Build elite recruiter capabilities and personal branding where appropriate.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and provide consultative solutions.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking and outreach.
• Manage key global accounts and ensure timely service delivery.

Job Description:

Client Management & Business Development:

• Develop and maintain strongclient relationships by understanding hiring needs and providing consultativesolutions.
• Generate new businessopportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Manage key global accounts,ensuring timely delivery and service excellence.
• Develop “share of wallet”strategies enabling clients to access our full ranger of services that you willmanage.

Candidate Engagement:

• Build and maintain a robustcandidate pipeline across industries.
• Provide career guidance,interview preparation, and market insights for candidates.
• Ensure high standards ofcandidate care and long-term relationship building.

Market Insights & Advisory:

• Provide clients with marketintelligence and recruitment strategy feedback.
• Share insights with internalteams to improve service delivery and encourage teamwork.

Requirements:

• Min 3 Years of Experience inRecruitment or Staffing industry. (270 or 360 capacity).
