Jabil is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to drive regional TA strategy and operations across Singapore and other markets. You will oversee end-to-end recruitment, partner with business leaders, and implement automation and digitalisation to optimise processes.

The role requires 12+ years in TALENT ACQUISITION with leadership experience, strong project management, and expertise in ATS and analytics. A global manufacturing context is preferred, with a focus on scalable, compliant hiring

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, Business Administration or related
• 12+ years of talent acquisition experience, including leadership roles
• Experience managing regional or multi-country recruitment operations
• Experience with recruitment process improvement and automation projects

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute regional talent acquisition strategies across Singapore and assigned markets
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations for high-volume and professional roles
• Partner with regional leadership to align hiring with business priorities and workforce plans
• Lead recruitment automation and process improvement projects to reduce time-to-hire and cost-per-hire
• Monitor KPIs, provide insights and dashboards to regional stakeholders
• Manage relationships with external agencies and sourcing partners
