ALLINTON ENGINEERING & TRADING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Development Executive to grow our technology business in Singapore.

You will build customer relationships, identify opportunities and lead outdoor sales across industrial, engineering and commercial sectors. You will meet customers, understand their needs and propose technology solutions that improve efficiency and connectivity. This role requires strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills and a self-driven attitude to

Qualifications

2–3 years of sales or business development experience.
Experience in B2B technology sales, IT solutions, hardware or networking is advantageous.
Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Willingness for outdoor customer visits and target-driven work.
Diploma or degree in Business/IT/Engineering preferred; relevant sales experience also considered.

Responsibilities

Develop new customer accounts and grow existing relationships for technology products and solutions.
Conduct regular customer visits to understand business needs and technology requirements.
Identify opportunities for technology adoption, upgrades and related solutions.
Present and recommend suitable technology products based on customer requirements.
Build a sales pipeline via prospecting, referrals, networking and direct outreach.
Prepare quotations, proposals and tender submissions, and follow up to secure business.
Coordinate demonstrations, technical discussions and customer presentations as needed.
