Job summary

Allinton Engineering & Trading Pte. Ltd. is seeking a commercially minded and technically capable professional to identify new product opportunities, develop practical customer solutions and strengthen the existing product portfolio.

Working with the CEO, Sales, Procurement and Operations, you will translate market research and customer requirements into practical proposals, leading approved initiatives through implementation and improving overall product relevance, pricing and margins.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in technical sales, industrial products, product management, product development, engineering solutions or a related field.
Ability to research products, understand technical specifications and evaluate commercial opportunities.
Good analytical skills, including the ability to assess costs, pricing and profit margins.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to work with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Able to work independently, organise multiple projects and follow through on agreed actions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, & other ERP Software.

Responsibilities

Identify Product and Market Opportunities: Research industrial products, suppliers, market trends and customer needs to identify potential business opportunities.
Evaluate new products and improvements to our existing portfolio.
Assess market demand, competitor offerings and commercial feasibility.
