Allinton Engineering & Trading PTE. LTD. is seeking a commercially minded and technically capable professional to identify new product opportunities, develop practical customer solutions and strengthen our portfolio.

You will work closely with the CEO, Sales, Procurement and Operations to turn market research and customer requirements into practical proposals and lead approved initiatives through implementation, including product launches and portfolio improvements.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
At least 3 years in technical sales, industrial products, product management or related field.
Ability to research products, understand technical specs and evaluate commercial opportunities.
Strong analytical skills to assess costs, pricing and margins.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage customers and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

Identify product and market opportunities through research of industrial products, suppliers, trends and customer needs.
Evaluate products and improvements; prepare proposals covering costs, pricing and margins.
Develop customer technical solutions with sales to meet challenges; prepare technical comparisons and recommendations.
Lead approved product initiatives by coordinating with procurement, sales, operations and suppliers; support launches.
Review portfolio performance; identify gaps and propose additions, replacements or discontinuations.
