Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or related finance roles.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and expense management.
• Experience with financial reporting and management reporting.
• Experience with invoice processing, vendor management, and procurement processes.
• Strong ability to work with large datasets and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting and financial planning for the Technology department.
• Track actual vs. budget variances and identify cost drivers and savings opportunities.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and analyses for decision-making.
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Support forecasting of future financial requirements and monitor budget utilization.
• Process and verify vendor invoices and support procurement activities.
• Analyze large datasets using Excel and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with Technology Heads of Function and other stakeholders to automate finance workflows.
• Develop or support RPA/automation solutions for finance processes, including invoice processing and reconciliation.
