Job summary

MICHAEL PAGE (PERSONNEL) PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive FP&A professional to lead planning, reporting and performance management within a global technology context. You will forecast, analyse variances and provide insights to drive business decisions across functions.

The role requires 3 years of FP&A or related experience, a finance-related degree, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with planning tools such as Anaplan, Power BI or Workday. Multinational exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 years of FP&A, financial analysis, audit or consulting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Advanced Excel skills with experience handling large datasets and financial models.
• Ability to translate complex information into actionable recommendations and insights.

• Support monthly forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning activities

• Deliver meaningful insights through variance analysis against plan and forecast
• Partner closely with finance and commercial stakeholders across functions
• Prepare management reporting and business performance dashboards

The Successful Applicant

• Has 3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, audit or consulting
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting and forecasting processes
• Advanced Excel skills with experience handling large datasets and financial models
• Ability to analyse complex information and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Experience working with multinational organisations will be advantageous
• Exposure to financial planning systems and reporting tools such as Anaplan or Power BI or workday is beneficial
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple functions
