Job summary
People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking a senior FP&A professional to lead budgeting and forecasting, analyse financial performance, and drive strategic initiatives. The role collaborates with operations and engineering to identify cost improvements and supports governance activities.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years in FP&A, manufacturing exposure, and strong skills in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and SAP or similar systems.
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline with 7+ years FP&A experience.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, costing, inventory & variance analysis capabilities in manufacturing.
- Audit exposure (Big 4 or internal) is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI; SAP or similar systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles with business teams.
- Analyse revenue, margins, manufacturing costs, inventory and profitability.
- Support month-end closing, variance analysis and management reporting.
- Prepare financial models and business cases for pricing, capex, and strategy.
- Develop Power BI dashboards to improve reporting visibility.
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain and Engineering to identify savings.
- Support audits, SOX compliance, and internal controls.
- Guide juniors and drive continuous improvement in reporting and analytics.
