Job summary

Hytech is hiring the first member of our Group Functions Finance Partnering team as a Finance Partner for the Technology organisation. You will partner with a 1,000+ person Product & R&D organisation spanning China, Malaysia, Taiwan and Singapore — budgeting, headcount and resource planning, analytics, and investment decisions, in collaboration with the Group's dedicated systems-cost team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related discipline.
• 5+ years in FP&A / Finance Business Partnering with direct support to a Tech organisation.
• Experience in internet/FinTech/SaaS or large tech companies is preferred.
• Strong understanding of tech-organisation economics and cloud spend.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budget, rolling forecasts and long-range planning for the Product & R&D organisation.
• Partner on headcount planning by team and country; build scenario models.
• Develop understanding of cost structure by team and function; maintain dashboards.
• Translate roadmaps into financial forecasts and resource plans; support ROI analysis.
• Lead monthly technology cost reviews and KPI development; collaborate with systems-cost team.
