Qualifications

• 4+ years of investment experience or substantial software/AI/tech background.
• Strong technical understanding of software, AI, and digital products.
• Experience with technology products is advantageous; VC/PE exposure beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Research technology and market trends to identify investment opportunities.
• Evaluate opportunities through commercial, technical, strategic, and financial due diligence.
• Build relationships across the technology and innovation ecosystem to generate deal flow and market insights.
• Support investment execution with financial analysis and memoranda.
• Monitor portfolio investments and contribute to value-creating initiatives.
