Job summary

SG Growth Capital Pte. Ltd., the strategic investment platform of Singapore's EDB and Enterprise Singapore, seeks an Investment Manager to source and analyze high-growth opportunities across regional markets.

You will conduct due diligence, support investment memos, manage portfolio actions, and contribute to corporate strategy while collaborating with senior leaders. A strong background in science/engineering with software focus, plus 4+ years investment experience or 8+ years in deep tech, is

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and above in Science or Engineering, with a strong preference for Computer Science, Software engineering.
At least 4 years of investment experience OR at least 8 years of research or work experience in deep tech sectors.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience presenting complex and technical initiatives to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Market research and deal-sourcing: identify and originate investment opportunities and build proprietary deal flows.
Due diligence: assess viability, risks and terms, support investment memo and IC presentation.
Portfolio management: monitor corporate actions and strategy execution to grow enterprise value.
Corporate strategy and processes: assist senior management in overall strategy and processes.
