Job summary

Shangri-La Singapore is seeking a Team Leader for Origin Grill to lead daily dining operations, greet guests, and ensure smooth service in a fast-paced hotel restaurant.

You will coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, maintain impeccable grooming, supervise setup, and uphold food safety standards while guiding junior staff through busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Team Leader in a hotel, restaurant, or similar setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Excellent grooming and professional appearance.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays as required.
