Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking a Team Leader within Commercial Banking Cash (CBC) in Singapore. The role leads a team of Business Banking Managers, driving acquisition, performance, and due diligence standards to achieve corporate targets.

With 5+ years in banking or financial services and a university degree, you will coach the team, manage pipelines, and strengthen relationships with internal and external partners to fuel growth and risk control.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong sales management skills with a track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Business Banking Managers to achieve team KPIs and targets, with a strong focus on corporate account acquisition.
• Monitor performance and pipelines, identify gaps, and coach timely actions.
• Ensure AML and due diligence requirements are met for onboarded customers; maintain strong internal and external relationships.
• Develop and drive sales strategies to improve team performance and business outcomes; participate in strategic initiatives.
