Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore invites an experienced leader to own and grow the Singapore Cash portfolio, shape regional strategy across key markets, and drive major product, digital and customer journey improvements. You will guide delivery from business case through implementation and lead a team of programme managers across markets.

The role requires at least 8 years in banking or payments, strong SME banking knowledge, and a hands-on leadership style with clear commercial judgement.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years’ relevant experience in banking, cash management, payments, product management or transformation.
• Strong understanding of SME or commercial banking.
• Experience owning products or programmes from strategy through execution.
• Experience leading regional or cross-market initiatives.
• Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proven people leadership and a hands-on approach to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the Singapore Cash portfolio.
• Shape the regional strategy and roadmap across key markets.
• Lead high-impact product, digital and customer journey initiatives.
• Drive delivery from business case and design through to implementation.
• Use customer and portfolio insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with business, technology, operations and risk teams to deliver change.
• Lead and develop a team of programme managers.
• Influence senior stakeholders and align teams across markets.
