Job summary

Security and Fire Solutions in Singapore is seeking a service operations lead to manage the full lifecycle of maintenance and service delivery for security systems. The role requires coordinating a team of technicians and engineers, ensuring on-time completion and high customer satisfaction.

You will liaise with clients, handle escalations, and align service activities with project requirements from Outram Park and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Min. NITEC in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Min. 3 years of relevant security systems experience in Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the full service and maintenance operations lifecycle, ensuring the timely delivery, execution, and completion of maintenance commitments while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communications, resolving escalations, understanding client business requirements, and continuously strengthening customer relationships through excellent service delivery.
• Manage and lead a team of service technicians and engineers, including resource planning, workload allocation, skill matching, performance monitoring, and implementing effective service strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
• Develop service scopes and maintenance plans, track project milestones and service KPIs, ensure smooth workflow execution, oversee multiple operational responsibilities, and support both technical and non-technical activities to achieve business objectives.

• Able to standby / work night and weekend shifts based on project requirements
