Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Technical Officer / Senior Technical Officer for Island-wide assignments with the HQ at Outram.

The role includes service and maintenance of security systems, liaising with clients, and mentoring the service team. Rotational standby duties and a requirement to own a vehicle are part of the package. Candidates should have a Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years of experience and hands-on knowledge of security systems such

Qualifications

• Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years working experience.
• Hands-on experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV.

Responsibilities

• Execution of service and maintenance workflow.
• Liaise closely with client representatives on service/maintenance related issues.
• Mentor a team of service team members.
• Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
• Provide support to supervisor in ensuring timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients’ premises.
• Familiarise yourself and deliver customer satisfaction base on each client's business, organization and objectives.
• Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Perform any other technical tasks as and when required.

Technical Officer / Senior Technical Officer

• Location: Island Wide; HQ office at Outram

• Working Hours: Mon to Fri [830am – 6pm] Willing to commit to rotational standby duties for activations outside working hours

• Salary: TO @ up to $3000; STO @ up to $3500 + Transport $750 (car) or $400 (motorbike) or by reimbursement basis + HP by reimbursement basis

• Min Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years working experience.

• Knowledge and hands‑on experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems is a must.

• Must have own vehicle due to accessibility of work site
