Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is hiring for a Technical Officer / Senior Technical Officer to cover Island Wide sites, with HQ in Outram. Roles involve hands-on service and maintenance of security systems, with rotational standby duties beyond normal hours.

Candidates should have a Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and at least 2 years’ experience, plus own transport. Salary up to SGD 3,000 (TO) or SGD 3,500 (STO) with transport allowance. Must comply with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Min Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years working experience.
• Knowledge of security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and CCTV is a must.
• Must have own vehicle due to accessibility of work site.

Responsibilities

• Execute service and maintenance workflow for client sites.
• Liaise with client representatives on service/maintenance issues.
• Mentor a team of service team members.
• Assist supervisor in deploying teams for service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
• Support supervisor to ensure timely delivery and completion of troubleshooting and maintenance of security systems at client premises.
• Deliver customer satisfaction tailored to each client’s business and objectives.
• Ensure works comply with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.

Technical Officer / Senior Technical Officer

• Location: Island Wide; HQ office at Outram
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri [830am - 6pm] Willing to commit to rotational standby duties for activations outside working hours
• Salary: TO @ up to $3000; STO @ up to $3500 + Transport $750 (car) or $400 (motorbike) or by reimbursement basis + HP by reimbursement basis

Responsibilities:

• Execution of service and maintenance workflow.
• Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues.
• Mentor a team of service team members.
• Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
• Provide support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients' premises.
• Familiarise yourself and deliver customer satisfaction base on each client's business, organization and objectives.
• Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Perform any other technical tasks as and when required.
  

Requirements:
