Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Teaching and Learning Assistant for a Newton-based primary school. The role supports lesson delivery, prepares materials, manages learning spaces, and assists with events and admin tasks.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day during school terms, with a 1-hour lunch break. The contract runs January to December 2027, with potential extension, and proffers a collaborative team environment in Singapore.

Formación

• Post-secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with AI tools is an advantage.
• Preferably 3 years of relevant experience in school administration or laboratory support.
• Experience in event coordination or logistics support is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Support teachers in lesson delivery and practical assessments by preparing equipment, exhibits and teaching resources.
• Manage daily operations, inventory and maintenance of designated rooms and learning areas.
• Assist with the preparation and coordination of departmental events and activities.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate departmental records.
• Support school events and activities according to operational needs.
• Assist with general school administrative matters as required.

Teaching and Learning Assistant (Primary School - Newton) x1

Salary: $2,400/month

Contract Duration: 1 year, with an option to extend for another year

Contract Period: January 2027 - December 2027

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 hours daily, excluding a 1-hour lunch break

Working Time: Within 7:00am-5:00pm during school term time

Working Days: Monday-Friday

No Service: Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
