Job summary

DYNAMIC SAFETY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Student Discipline Support to assist the Student Management Team in handling discipline matters.

The role involves monitoring late-coming, detentions and suspensions, patrolling school premises, and supporting investigations and documentation of incidents. You will guide students and liaise with parents and teachers as needed.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required to manage records and daily administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with students/teenagers, preferably in discipline management.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to engage students and liaise with parents/guardians and teachers on discipline matters.
• Patient, empathetic and approachable.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for daily administrative tasks.
