Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is hiring for a Tea Service role within its integrated resort in Singapore. The candidate will assist the Tea Master, uphold high standards of guest service, and maintain tidy tea counter areas.

Two years of Tea experience in F&B is preferred, with a Certificate or Diploma in Restaurant Management or equivalent. Candidates should be well-groomed and able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Two years of Tea working experience in F&B is preferred.
• Certificate or Diploma in Restaurant Management or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Tea Master in ensuring guests receive outstanding service.
• Develop relationships with high‑value guests, hosts, and tea enthusiasts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tea counter areas and equipment.
• Attend line-ups with staff and review daily information.
• Upsell to guests when possible.
• Prepare workstations and pantries, ensuring readiness for service.
• Be familiar with operation services and local attractions to respond to guest inquiries.
