Tea Therapy Singapore is seeking an energetic Business Development Manager to grow the brand through strategic partnerships, experiential pop-ups, and workshops. The role involves front-facing activations, networking, and converting leads into sales.

You will coordinate partnerships with boutiques and retailers, while coordinating weekend activations and events as part of CCP-supported training programs.

Qualifications

• Must be energetic, self-motivated and hands-on.
• Excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable front-facing at events and activations.

Responsibilities

• Lead market development by securing venues/partners for pop-ups and workshops.
• Represent brand on-site during events, engage customers, and convert leads to sales.
• Pitch and establish retail consignment and wholesale partnerships.
