Job summary

Nova Wellness TCM & Beauty in Singapore is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager Trainee to drive growth by acquiring clients and forming strategic partnerships across wellness, beauty, massage, and TCM services. You will conduct market research, build corporate and community relationships, and promote services such as aromatherapy massage, facial treatments, IPL hair removal, Head Spa, and TCM therapies.

Collaboration with therapists and staff will optimise offerings and revenue.

Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in wellness, beauty, massage, and TCM to support client acquisition and revenue growth.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer preferences, trends, service gaps, and expansion areas.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with corporate clients, community orgs, referral partners, and prospective customers.
Promote wellness and beauty services (aromatherapy massage, facials, IPL hair removal, Head Spa, TCM) via targeted business development initiatives.
Prepare business proposals, partnership presentations, and commercial recommendations for prospective clients and partners.
Coordinate promotional initiatives and campaigns with internal teams to boost service utilisation, engagement and brand visibility.
Monitor business development and sales indicators; assess growth initiatives and recommend strategies to improve outcomes.
Collaborate with therapists and staff to improve customer experience, retention, service offerings, and long-term growth opportunities.
