Job summary

SPACIO TCM WELLNESS PTE. LTD. seeks a friendly frontline associate to greet customers and patients, handle inquiries via walk-ins, phone and WhatsApp, and support daily retail operations.

You will manage patient registration, appointments and follow-ups, assist with TCM herbal prescriptions when required, handle cashiering and POS transactions, process insurance claims, and maintain accurate records with a focus on service quality and hitting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in TCM, Beauty & Wellness is preferred.
• Experience in processing insurance claims is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and patients professionally via walk-ins, phone, and WhatsApp.

• Prepare, dispense, and pack TCM herbal prescriptions as required.

• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

• Greet and assist customers and patients professionally, handling inquiries via walk-ins, phone, and WhatsApp.
• Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and customer follow-ups.
• Accurately prepare, dispense, and pack TCM herbal prescriptions according to physicians' instructions if required.
• Handle cashiering duties, POS transactions, payment collection, and daily sales reports.
• Process patient insurance claims, including submissions and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate customer records and assist with general administrative duties.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Support sales targets through customer follow-ups and excellent service.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
• 以专业、友善的态度接待顾客及患者，处理现场、电话及 WhatsApp 咨询。
• 负责患者登记、预约安排及顾客回访跟进。
• 根据中医师处方，准确进行中药配药、分装及包装工作。
• 负责收银、POS 系统操作、款项收取及每日销售报表更新。
• 处理患者保险索赔，包括资料提交及后续跟进。
• 维护准确的顾客资料及交易记录，并协助日常行政工作。
• 妥善处理顾客反馈及投诉，提供适当的解决方案。
• 通过顾客回访及优质服务，协助达成销售目标。
• 完成管理层安排的其他临时工作。

Job Requirements

• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Candidates with experience in the TCM, Beauty & Wellness industry are preferred.
• Candidates with experience in processing insurance claims will have an added advantage.
