Job summary

YOUNG (YANG) TCMWELLNESS PTE. LTD. is seeking a licensed TCM physician to conduct consultations, assess body constitution, and develop personalized treatment plans. You will prescribe Chinese herbal medicine and related therapies, aiming to advance holistic wellness for clients at company outlets in Singapore.

The role requires strong patient communication, ethical practice, and the ability to work both independently and with a team in a wellness-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Registered TCM Physician with the TCMPB, Singapore.
• Valid practising certificate.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese is advantageous.
• Experience in a TCM clinic or wellness setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct TCM consultations and assess customers' body constitution.
• Diagnose health conditions through TCM assessment and develop personalised treatment plans.
• Prescribe Chinese herbal medicine and provide appropriate TCM therapies where qualified.
• Develop personalised wellness and health management plans to complement herbal medicine.
• Educate customers on TCM principles, lifestyle, nutrition and preventive healthcare.
• Collaborate with therapists and nutritionists to provide holistic wellness solutions.
• Participate in health talks, workshops and wellness programmes.
• Maintain accurate consultation and treatment records and ensure regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibilities | 工作职责

• Conduct TCM consultations and assess customers' body constitution based on TCM principles.
• 根据中医理论进行问诊、辨证及体质辨识。
• Diagnose health conditions through TCM assessment and develop personalised treatment plans.
• 通过中医辨证论治，评估客户健康状况并制定个性化治疗方案。
• Prescribe Chinese herbal medicine and provide appropriate TCM therapies, where qualified.
• 根据专业资格开具中药处方，并提供适当的中医治疗，包括针灸、拔罐、艾灸及推拿等。
• Develop personalised wellness and health management plans to complement TCM herbal medicine and approved wellness products.
• 制定个性化养生及健康管理方案，结合中药及相关保健产品，为客户提供全面的养生建议。
• Educate customers on TCM principles, lifestyle, nutrition and preventive healthcare.
• 向客户提供中医养生、生活方式、营养及预防保健方面的专业建议。
• Work closely with therapists and nutritionists to provide holistic wellness solutions.
• 与治疗师及营养师紧密合作，为客户提供全面的健康及养生方案。
• Participate in health talks, workshops, outreach activities and wellness programmes.
• 参与健康讲座、工作坊、推广活动及各类养生项目。
• Maintain accurate and complete consultation and treatment records.
• 妥善及准确地记录客户问诊及治疗资料。
• Ensure all professional practices comply with applicable Singapore TCM regulatory and professional requirements.
• 确保所有专业执业行为符合新加坡相关中医监管及专业要求。

Requirements | 任职要求

• Registered TCM Physician with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB), Singapore.
• 持有新加坡中医管理委员会（TCMPB）注册中医师资格。
• Possess a valid practising certificate.
• 持有有效的中医执业证书。
• Passionate about TCM, health management and holistic wellness.
• 热爱中医、健康管理及整体养生理念。
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• 具备良好的沟通及人际交往能力。
• Customer-oriented, compassionate and professional.
• 以客户为中心，富有同理心，并具备专业的服务态度。
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• 能够独立工作，同时具备良好的团队合作能力。
• Experience in a TCM clinic, wellness centre or healthcare setting will be an advantage.
• 具有中医诊所、养生中心或医疗保健机构相关工作经验者优先。
• Bilingual in English and Chinese is an advantage.
• 具备良好的中英文沟通能力者优先。
