Job summary

Natural Healing Pte Ltd's TCM Clinic is seeking a Consultant who is passionate about traditional Chinese medicine and helping patients through their treatment journey. The role covers from assisting treatments to front desk duties, ensuring smooth clinic operations at 111 Mall or Centrepoint branch, both opposite Somerset MRT.

• Mandarin fluency to communicate with Mandarin-speaking patients.
• Experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend to patients, talk to them and understand their concerns.

Our TCM Clinic is looking for a Consultant who is interested in TCM Treatments and able to help patients through the process. This individual will be handling from treatments assisting to front desk duties.

Responsibilities 岗位职责:

• Attend to patients, talk to them and understand their troubles.
• Give them a tour of our clinic
• Able to handles any sales duties when required.
• Manage Physicians request.
• Help out with the water feeding procedure under our specialty treatment.

Requirements 岗位要求:

• Able to speak converse in Mandarin as majority of our patients speaks mandarin.
• Prior experience in a clinic setting is a bonus
• Interest in TCM would be a good addition.

• 有诊所工作经验者优先考虑。
