Job summary

YAN SANG TANG TCM PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic sales-oriented professional to promote our traditional Chinese medicine treatments, packages, and wellness products at our Singapore clinic.

You will understand client needs, tailor recommendations, and educate on outcomes. Responsibilities include following up with prospects and existing clients to close sales, meeting monthly targets, and building strong customer relationships that drive retention and referrals.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a sales role.
• Customer service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confident, motivated and sales-driven personality.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of TCM is an advantage (training provided).
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays if required.
