Job summary

YAN SANG TANG TCM PTE. LTD. seeks a results-driven sales professional to promote TCM treatments, packages, and wellness products in a spa/clinic environment in Singapore. You will offer personalized recommendations based on client needs and work to close sales through thoughtful follow-ups.

Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential, with additional training provided for basic TCM knowledge. Weekend and public holiday availability is required to meet targets and support client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience
• Customer-service oriented with good interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Willing to work weekends/public holidays
• Basic knowledge of TCM is a plus (training provided)

Job Requirements:

• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients)
• Basic knowledge of TCM is an advantage (training will be provided)
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays if required
