Job summary

MOL Global Ship Management PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Crewing Coordinator to support marine personnel operations for assigned vessels. You will liaison with vessels and external parties, plan crew changes, and ensure all certifications and documentation are in place to maintain compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in crewing operations or maritime staffing preferred.
• Good command of English language.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with vessels and external parties for marine personnel operational matters.
• Plan, communicate, monitor and arrange smooth crew change operations.
• Ensure correct certifications and documentation are in place.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies for marine personnel.
• Handle administrative duties including appraisal reports, PNI, and port/travel invoices.
• Administer ship management system as per company procedures.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by management.
