Job summary

BGC Group Pte Ltd is seeking an Engineer to manage a suite of corporate systems and websites as part of the Talent Outreach systems within the HR Excellence & Learning cluster. You will support the System Manager in daily operations, including enhancements, operations, and integration touchpoints across Talent Outreach domains to foster a future-ready, high-performance workforce.

Qualifications

• Experience in system management role in public service environment.
• Experience with SaaS products.
• Knowledge of IT IM8 policies and System Operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as Engineer for a suite of corporate systems and websites within the HR Excellence & Learning cluster.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders on system delivery, upgrades, and change requests.
• Perform service management activities including log reviews and alignment of O&S processes (SOPs, compliance).
• Align practices across projects to optimise IT delivery and sustainment.
• Recommend approaches to address common system management challenges to improve IT delivery efficiency.
