Job summary
BGC Group is seeking an Engineer / Senior Engineer to manage a suite of corporate systems and websites within Talent Outreach under the HR Excellence & Learning cluster. You will assist the System Manager in daily operations, enhancements, and integrations for ongoing system touchpoints.
The role emphasizes system management experience, SaaS products, and coordinating upgrades with multiple stakeholders. Contract duration is 24 months with onsite work in Singapore, near Redhill MRT.
Qualifications
- Experience in system management roles within public sector or MINDEF is preferred.
- Experience managing SaaS products is a plus.
- Knowledge of IT IM8 policies, System Operations and Support, and public service system management.
Responsibilities
- Perform Engineer role for a suite of HR/excellence systems.
- Work with stakeholders to deliver upgrades or change requests on time.
- Conduct logs reviews and align/streamline O&S processes (SOPs, compliance) for managed systems.
- Align practices across projects to optimize IT delivery and sustainment.
- Recommend approaches to address common issues in system management.
- Support touchpoints for integrations and interface points within Talent Outreach.
