Job summary

BGC Group Pte Ltd seeks an Engineer / Senior Engineer to manage a suite of corporate systems and websites within Talent Outreach, under the HR Excellence & Learning cluster. You will support the System Manager with daily operations, enhancements, and integrations across Talent Outreach platforms.

You will work with multiple stakeholders to deliver system management, upgrades, and change requests, and perform service management tasks including log reviews, O&S process alignment, and compliance

Qualifications

• Experience in a system management role in a public service environment preferred (MINDEF or equivalent).
• Experience managing SaaS products is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of IT IM8 policies, System Operations and Support and compliance in public service.

Responsibilities

• Engineer for a suite of systems in HR Excellence & Learning cluster.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on system management, upgrades and change requests.
• Perform service management: review logs, align O&S processes, ensure compliance operations.
